St Giles Studios is comprised of boutique style student accommodation based in Durham. It is conveniently located in Gilesgate which is close to shops, the city centre and the University colleges.
St Giles Studios is a quiet gated community which offers a range of contemporary studios (ideal for students who want a private bathroom and kitchen) in various sizes, designed to suit all budgets. The communal spaces are ideal for relaxing, catching up with friends and studying.
The property features a snug hangout area which leads into a modern stylish study space with sofas and chairs to help facilitate group work. The study space also doubles as a dining room and includes a kitchen and TV. From here you can walk out onto the courtyard where you can enjoy sitting in the sun and relaxing.
